We need a fully functioning dating web site. We need design and programing.
It has to have the normal features of a dating web site plus, chat or wall, instant messeging, and the posibility to post video besides photos.
It is also possible to adapt third party integration like josocial or any other as long as it fulfills the requirement.
We also need a backoffice for handling the users.
It is also requiered to have the ability to charge or not for different features. So that it will be up to the administrator to leave everything for free or to charge for any of the features avaylable on the site.
