Carronbridge Consulting Group is a leading Information Technology Consulting and Staffing company that specializes in both full-time and contractor staffing opportunities throughout the U.S. Plus, we offer both offshore and nearshore IT staffing services (see our website www.carronbridge.biz). Since opening our doors over eight years ago we have developed a large base of nationally known customers and key partners that are absolutely second to none in the entire IT consulting and staffing industry. To continue with our successful growth we are in the process of adding three additional IT Staffing Sales freelancers to our team. These new positions will be Commission-Only (corp to corp) positions.

Unlike other companies Carronbridge sets no limit on how much money our Sales freelancers can earn. That is totally up to the Sales Executive. In fact, we do everything we can to assist our Sales Executives to be successful - we even provide most of the leads. This job requires no travel whatsoever all that is needed is a phone, a strong knowledge of IT staffing, and the ability to bring in new sales.

To qualify for this opportunity the IT Staffing Sales Executive must have a strong selling background (a top 15-20% producer) with the following requirements are required:

Position requirements:

• Strong cold calling and networking skills.
• Results oriented.
• Must be a successful hunter and closer with a minimum of two years of developing new business and selling IT staffing or similar services.
• Have a proven track record of identifying and closing new business, experience dealing with executives such as: “C” level leaders and have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to travel as needed.
• Must have a good working relationship working with the Fortune 1000 companies.
• Experience building and managing customer accounts.
• Must be able to understand customer’s needs and develop detail requirements, plus develop RFI/RFP/RFQ if needed.
• Must be able to develop and execute customer contracts for both short and long-term deals.
• Must be able to develop a detail sales plan and show weekly sales results against the plan.
• Must have highly developed problem-solving capabilities with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work in the US without any sponsorship.
• Must have strong English verbal and writing skills.
• Must be willing to work Commission-Only (corp to corp) no exceptions.
