 Payment Terms
|
I will not ask for a downpayment. I will let that matter to be decided by the client. However, I would send first 25% of the finished plans in jpeg format for clients approval. And if approved I would require a 25% payment upon submission of 25% total number of sheets of finished plans, be it draft/scheme or final plan, through Western Union. The same condition will follow until the whole drafting project is accomplished.
