-I will develop applications with the base console first using Common Business Mainframe Objects.
-Each module will be tested at a unit level and then at an integrated level with the whole console.
-All database information will handled by a Business Object that will inherit all qualities of a Common business Object.
-All code will be documented using XML tags (.NET) as well as using Use cases and versioning.
-My .NET code will utilize best standards including interfaces, COM support, and .NET friendly classes (MFC, StringBuilder, etc.)

VB.NET appliations
- Small $35/hr or $4000 month
C#.NET
- small $40/hr ot $4500 month
Enterprise or larger level projects $50/hr
I will consider one time payment if project is 3 months or less, with a 10% down payment
Large scale projects (10 months or more) may need a down payment
