I have an experience of 3 yrs in one of the biggest Call Centers in India where I used to
research(on the internet) for prospective clients and call them up to try and convince them to buy our products/services and take calls for the U.S clients and enter the required data's in there account. I am proud to say that I was awarded the best Customer Service Representative for all the 3 years.
