The Consulting services that the company will provide are:
• Functional consultancy in the distribution and manufacturing areas of BaanIV, BaanV and ERP LN, including the analysis, design, implementation, documentation and training.
• Functional and technical consultancy on Business Process Management (Workflow), process automation, complex processes approve, applying company specific business rules to business processes and assure adherence to policy and procedures (like Sarbanes-Oxley Law).
• Functional and technical consultancy on Business Intelligence, covering from the model concept to the creation of cubes and reports, including the datawarehouse modeling, data extraction and creation of schemas.
• Project Management, creation of project proposals and plans, tasks and Milestones identification, budget preparation, cost control, resources management and preparation for auditing.
• Solution Architecture, consultancy in the integration of all possible applications inside an organization, not only taking care of the ERP system, also covering other systems that the organization is used, and in this way giving the best configuration for the applications, and getting less rework, avoiding information redundancy, and achieving a reduction of the total cost of all applications.
